X10Lift Shipping Policy

At X10Lift, we’re committed to delivering our premium portable car lifts and racing jacks (X10, X10 (XS), XR-Jack) with the speed and reliability you expect from a top-tier automotive brand. Our shipping policy ensures your order arrives safely and efficiently, whether you’re a racer, mobile mechanic, DIY enthusiast, or professional shop. Below are the details for shipping, delivery, and related processes.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all US orders. Flat rate shipping across all the United States

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days, will include a surcharge fee for the expedited process

  • International Shipping: Available to Canada and select countries. Costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Contact info@tricontoolinc.com for quotes.

  • Note: Beta program orders (first 10 buyers per product) include free standard shipping within the US.

Delivery Times

  • Contiguous US: 3-7 business days for standard shipping; 2-3 business days for expedited.

  • Canada: 5-10 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • Other International: 7-14 business days, depending on location.

  • Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days of purchase. Tracking provided via email. Delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Same-day processing for orders placed before 2 PM EDT. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

Packaging

Our lightweight products (30-62 lbs) are securely packaged to prevent damage. X10 and X10 (XS) include modular components (e.g., Dewalt-compatible toolbox for XS), shipped in reinforced crates. XR-Jack is packed in a single box for easy handling.

Returns and Damages

  • Returns: 30-day return period for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping; 15% restocking fee applies. Beta program orders eligible for returns, minus discount. Contact support@x10lift.com to initiate.

  • Damages/Issues: Report within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Include photos and order details. We cover return shipping for damaged items.

  • Non-Returnable: Hydraulic fluid, custom orders, or opened beta products (unless defective).

Restrictions

  • Battery/Fluid: X10 (XS) and X10 require a 12V 350CCA battery and hydraulic fluid (not included). These cannot ship internationally due to regulations. Available for purchase separately in the US.

  • Wide-Frame X10: Special order only; contact us for shipping details.

  • PO Boxes: Not available for standard shipping due to size/weight. Use expedited or contact us for alternatives.
